1. COMPANY INFORMATION. Hercules Aviation Training School Pvt Ltd (hereinafter mentioned as "COMPANY" or "HATS") is a registered business in India and acts as aviation training, employment and career development consulting agency. The company provides arrangement of aviation training programs, program management and career development support package to its client, the student, through its own services (services offered on the basis of legally contracted to the Company and its subsidiaries and partners) and/or either affiliated and/or outsourced third-party providers as well as prospective internship and employment companies. HATS is currently not a fully approved flying training organisation and is pursuing its FTO approval from DGCA with three fully owned aircraft(s), VT-EUF, VT-HFA and VT-HFB.
2. PERSONAL INFORMATION. By providing your contact details on our website or adlinks you agree to be contacted by us or our representatives including but not limited to third parties via phone or email. To provide the candidates/users the necessary assistance, effectively communicate with the users, and to maintain the application, the company may provide user information to third-party service providers to work on behalf of the company.
3. RIGHT OF ADMISSION. The right of admission is reserved with Hercules Aviation Training School. A completed Application Form does not oblige the school to accept the applicant. However, once you have formally registered and the relevant course fees have been paid, a contract is deemed to exist between the school and the applicant, provided that the school regulations are observed.
3. DISCIPLINE. The student is required to meet the academic performance and attendance requirements established by the school and is required to abide by the school’s policies and procedures including but not limited to attendance, confidentiality, accountability, safety, and rules of conduct. A student is allowed a maximum leave of 15 days in any consecutive 365 days. The school reserves the right to expel students whose behavior is unacceptable, disruptive, or prevents the progression of the course.
4. COMMUNICATION. Any notice/information provided on the registered email address would be deemed to have been received by the student. The student must proactively go through all the communication received on the registered email address on a daily basis.
5. TRAINING PERIOD. The training period will commence from the date of commencement of the course and will end at the completion of the course or termination of training contract or termination of the student on disciplinary grounds.
5. REFUND.
6. 12 MONTHS GUARANTEE. This is applicable only for the students that are undergoing their flying training in India and have not taken more than 15 days of leave during the training period. The company will be obliged to complete 200 hours of flying training towards Commercial Pilot License flying training syllabus with prejudice to student’s performance and attendance as per the training and procedure manual and the agreement within 12 months from the time (a) the student successfully passes all the written pilot examinations conducted by DGCA or (b) award of Flight Radio Telephony Operators License (Restricted), also known as FRTOL(R) or (c) Student Pilot License issued by the company or (d) signing of the agreement whichever is later. This license, FRTOL(R) is issued by DGCA once the student completes the requisite written exam for which the training will be provided by the company. The Student Pilot License will be issued after the student has cleared all the written Pilot license examinations conducted by DGCA.
