One of the stepping stone for establishment of an FTO (Flight Training Organisation) is NOC (No Objection Certificate ) issued by the authority. Hercules Aviation Training School has obtained the same and is on its way to fly in the sky. With the NOC ,it gives HATS the authority to establish the FTO with the required standard.
